Scotland Re:Designed (SR:D) returns celebrating luxury and Scottish making at SR:D’s annual showroom, runway, awards and weekend market with a ‘Makers’ theme this year.
The concept of showing interiors, fashion and accessory Makers, and your techniques and skills behind the brands through product displays workshops and demos was announced by SR:D at an industry co-ordination group meeting of representatives from Creative Scotland, Fashion Foundry and Edinburgh International Fashion Festival among others.
SR:D Glasgow takes place at multi-cultural arts venue, SWG3 in Finnieston from Wednesday the 8th to Sunday the 12th of November with a three-day showroom and a weekend pop-up store for consumers & public where brands are encouraged to submit ideas for creative stand displays.

This year there are three Creative Scotland funded application stands available in the following categories: Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories & Interiors, a total of 12 funded spaces. As part of the prize, winners will be offered a 1-2-1 mentoring session with our expert panel, a free exhibition stand plus a scene on the much anticipated SR:D runway or creative interior design concept.

In addition to this, there are a total of four Creative Scotland award winners in the following categories Womenswear, Menswear, Interiors & Accessories winning £1,000 cash prize each to invest in key areas of development such as stands at international shows. All four winners will also receive 1-2-1 mentoring from panel members as appropriate. Our mentors will guide the winners with a consultation identifying areas of growth and quality within each.
All stand holders will automatically be considered for the above awards. Applicants must demonstrate the significance of the award within the Creative Scotland Funding section of the application form.
