Cross Cashmere is a unisex knitwear line defining contemporary Scotland with a heritage heartbeat. The capsule was created by fashion writer and stylist, Lynne McCrossan, as part of her 2016 book – Cashmere: a Guide to Scottish Luxury. The book documents the history and heritage of Scottish textiles, showcasing eight incredible mills while breaking down six essential cashmere pieces that every style savvy shopper should own.
Lynne was kind enough to join our social media discussion panel at SR:D Glasgow back in November 2016 which was hosted by Anna Freemantle alongside ASOS Magazine Editor Danielle Rodojcin and Ahmad Swaid from NOWNESS & LVMF.
The unisex label launched back in August 2016 and is made at a 240 year old mill in Hawick in the Scottish borders. The collection, otherwise known as Contemporary Heritage is stocked in stores across Scotland, Zurich and Milan.
“If you are around it would be wonderful to meet you. Feel free to come try on some cashmere, drink some whisky and eat some nibbles with us.” – Lynne invites you to her showroom this February 17th at one of the private apartments of The Groucho Club from 10am-5pm, this is London’s first chance to view and try on the collection.
